In early 2023, I was asked by Commonwealth Bank to help reimagine and restructure their in-house design team, taking it from a studio to agency model.

The results of this work is Uncommon, a new internal agency with its own identity and strategic positioning, designed to transition from a triaged production unit to one that is equiped to take on top-level campaign work for the bank.

In this role I oversaw a small team of creatives in a variety of disciplines including video, graphic design, and copywriting. I helped to coach each team member towards a new creative standard while also co-developing the new organisational structure, brand, and positioning and selling this to the executive level.
